Once the customer completes the payment at checkout, the digital course is automatically delivered to the email address provided during the purchase. This email includes:

• Access to our private learning platform

• Instructions to begin the course

• Membership access to the student community
  

As part of the course, students must complete an official exam. After the exam is completed and evaluated, we issue and send the digital certification to the customer via email.

For verification purposes, we also keep email records showing:

• Delivery of the course access email

• Delivery of the certification

• Tracking confirmation when applicable, and evidence that the delivery was completed

Because this is a non-tangible digital product that is delivered instantly and fully accessible upon purchase, all sales are final once the order is fulfilled.
